From a new association to shared data
Bürgerhilfe Hasselroth organises practical neighbourhood support. ScalerIT advised the association on digital administration during its founding phase. Rather than conflicting Excel files on personal computers, the growing organisation needed a shared foundation.
Simple administration with Directus
The solution brings together members, available services, responsibilities and assignments using Directus. Services can be linked to available members. Administration and managing users form two understandable roles, keeping technology supportive of volunteer work.
Develop step by step
Requirements were refined together with the association. New tasks can be incorporated into the same structure. ScalerIT provides hosting, maintenance, adjustments and ongoing support. This report concerns the existing administration system; any future portal expansion is a separate undertaking.
