Extensions have made an established shop difficult to maintain. Product data comes from several sources, and the features actually needed are unclear ahead of a system change.
Proposed approach
A Quick Check identifies issues and dependencies. Requirements, platform and migration scope are then defined. Data transfer, payments, delivery and redirects are tested in a separate environment.
Intended outcome
The change follows an agreed plan with clear acceptance criteria. A fallback approach and editorial handover are considered before launch. Implementation is quoted after a separate effort assessment.
